Dear members,
Max Bottoli, organizer of the Winter Meeting as the Triveneto Regional Center, has had more trouble than ever finding suitable accommodations to accommodate 40-50 crews in mid-March.
As many of you may have read on various regional centers' WhatsApp groups, Max has finally found a suitable facility: the Hotel Villa Madruzzo in Trento.
Unfortunately, with only two months to go until the event, the hotel requires confirmed numbers and advance payment. Therefore, you were asked to make an informal commitment to attend via WhatsApp.
Not even the most optimistic forecasts would have predicted a sell-out in just 2 days!
