Identity and Approval Certificate (Gold Plate)
The Certificate of Identity is intended for vehicles built at least twenty years ago and certifies their main historical and technical characteristics.
The document includes photographs of the vehicle, the year of construction, identification data, classification, state of preservation, or any restoration work performed. Any modifications or differences from the original configuration are also noted, as required by the current FIVA International Technical Code. Where appropriate, a brief reconstruction of the vehicle's history may also be included.
The certificate is given to the member together with the relevant metal identification plate.
Upon request of the interested party, the FIVA Identity Card and the Certificate of Historical Relevance can also be requested at the same time as the Certificate of Identity is issued.
The recognition allows the vehicle to participate in events included in the ASI national calendar and may grant access to specific insurance conditions reserved for historic vehicles.
The required documentation must be submitted to the Club Secretariat. The date and location of the vehicle inspection are established based on the official ASI calendar.
